01 · Where we are building first

Two suburbs
in George.

We are going live in two areas first so we can build each site properly. Early registration is open for both and helps shape which homes are connected first.

02 · Why GardenRouteNet

Internet that
actually works here.

A provider built in George, for George. Owned infrastructure, local engineers, direct support.

/ 01 · Owned network

We own the towers and the kit on your roof

No leased capacity hiding between your antenna and the people who can fix it. When something needs attention, it is on us. And we are in town.

/ 02 · Local support

Based in George, not an office in another city

Installs, questions and faults all go through a small local team. You get a name and a number, not a ticket ID.

/ 03 · Straight pricing

Uncapped, unshaped, month to month

No fair-use throttles, no 24-month contracts, no asterisks. The price on the page is the price on your bill.

03 · Plans & pricing

Plain pricing.
No asterisks.

Three launch plans. One monthly price each. Month to month, uncapped, unshaped. Pick the one that fits and change later if your needs change.

05 · How joining works

From enquiry
to online.

A short, human path from interest to a working connection.

/ Step 01

Submit your address

Use the area-check form. Name, contact, suburb, street, preferred plan. That is all we need to begin qualification.

/ Step 02

We qualify the location

We check line-of-sight and rollout sequence. You get a straight answer: covered, queued, or not yet reachable.

/ Step 03

We install and you are online

Our technician mounts the outdoor unit, runs a clean cable, tests the line, and confirms your speed on the spot. Typically a 2–3 hour job.

06 · Built for here

Designed for
the Garden Route.

Wireless works in George because the terrain and the streets work for it. We plan every tower site on the ground, walk the suburbs ourselves, and build the network for the homes and businesses actually living here. Not a national map stretched to fit.

07 · Rollout discipline

Where the
rollout is at.

We publish what we have actually done, not what we hope to do. This timeline updates as milestones are hit.

  1. Phase 00 · Planning

    Network design & site selection

RF planning for Pacaltsdorp and Thembalethu has been completed. PW01 has been confirmed as the first rollout site.

  2. Phase 01 · Site preparation

    Pacaltsdorp: site preparation in progress

Preparation of the first rollout site is currently underway. Equipment installation has not started yet. Core equipment, radios, and antennas will be installed once the site is ready, followed by commissioning and signal calibration.

  3. Phase 02 · First installs

    Early-registered homes connected first

Install scheduling opens once commissioning is complete. Our technicians then move street by street, in the order early registrations were received.

  4. Phase 03 · Thembalethu

    Second site prepared & deployed

After Pacaltsdorp is live and validated, work begins on the second site. Tower commissioning is followed by a staged rollout based on registration demand by street.
